Processing times

Well Head Spa products (OSEA, Innersense, and our scalp tools) ship from Fairhope, AL within 3–5 business days.
Partner-shipped products ship directly from our trusted U.S.-based brand partners within 1–5 business days.
Head spa equipment (beds and sinks) ships within 1–5 business days, and shipping is included in the price.

Tracking is provided for all orders.

Shipping methods and rates

All orders ship by ground unless Express shipping is selected at checkout. Shipping rates and any free-shipping offers are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once a package is with the carrier.

Out-of-stock items

We work hard to keep our inventory accurate. On rare occasions, an item may sell out after your order is placed. If that happens, we'll email you with a new estimated ship date. You can choose to wait for the item or cancel that item for a full refund. If we don't hear from you, we'll cancel the item and refund it.
