Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchase, including hair care, skincare, scalp tools, bundles, and head spa equipment (head spa beds and sinks).

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at wellheadspaal@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Appointments

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge any time up until the day before your appointment. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and same-day reschedules are subject to a 50% fee.
