Appointments
- Cancel or reschedule free of charge any time up until the day before your appointment.
- Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and same-day reschedules are subject to a 50% fee.
- This fee reflects our commitment to paying our staff for reserved time and the lost opportunity to book another client in that slot.
- This policy is outlined in the booking agreement and applies consistently to all clients.
Product Purchases
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchase, including hair care, skincare, scalp tools, bundles, and head spa equipment (head spa beds and sinks).
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
