Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancel or reschedule free of charge any time up until the day before your appointment.

• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and same-day reschedules are subject to a 50% fee.

• This fee reflects our commitment to paying our stylists for reserved time and the lost opportunity to book another client in that slot.

• This policy is outlined in the booking agreement and applies consistently to all clients.
